Cancellation Policy

In the event that a scheduled appointment is missed without prior notice, Vitaliza Infusions reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the total payment. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to cover the costs associated with the missed appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to inform us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact our clinic (787)-424-8482 at least 24 hours in advance.
