Please note, this appointment is for evaluation purposes only and does not include the provision of BHRT services. *Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy* In the event that a scheduled appointment is missed without prior notice, Vitaliza Infusions reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the total payment. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to cover the costs associated with the missed appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to inform us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.
